This FAQ applies only to Study Abroad, not internships, training or other STDIO Programs.
Who is the pilot for?
Pilot cohort 2026–2027, for candidates residing in Tunisia only. These reference prices apply to this cohort and do not automatically carry over to 2027–2028. Each programme, intake and deadline must be checked before acceptance.
What does STDIO Study Abroad provide?
University-application assistance: profile review, programme selection, document checks, preparation, authorised submission and follow-up to decisions.
Does STDIO guarantee admission?
No. Only the institution decides admission; eligibility and payment do not constitute admission.
Does STDIO handle the visa?
Visa procedures and assistance are not included in either pack. STDIO does not guarantee a visa or any favourable third-party decision.
Which countries are available?
Italy, Luxembourg, France, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Poland, Greece, Belgium, Hungary and Malta, subject to individual assessment.
Is Canada included?
No. Canada and destinations outside the published list require a personalised assessment and quotation.
What is included in Pack A — One Destination?
Application assistance for one eligible standard destination, up to 5 applications, for 2,000 TND when paid in full.
What is included in Pack B — Three Countries?
Application assistance across France, Italy and a third eligible standard country, up to 9 applications total with a target of approximately 3 per country, for 3,000 TND when paid in full.
How many applications are included?
Pack A includes up to 5 applications. Pack B includes up to 9 applications in total, with an operational target of approximately 3 per country. Applications beyond the allowance and late replacements require manual review and may require a quotation.
Are university application fees included?
No. Institutional application fees and tuition are separate from STDIO service fees.
Are translations included?
No, nor legalisations, unless separately contracted.
Are language tests included?
Neither registration nor preparation is included.
Are proof-of-funds or blocked-account amounts included?
No. STDIO does not finance proof of resources or create blocked accounts. Requirements depend on the authority and destination.
What happens if an institution refuses my application?
An institutional refusal alone does not determine the remedy. The full refund for withdrawal within the applicable period remains available, including after submission. Outside that period, the specific terms and mandatory rights apply.
Can I add applications or change destination?
Before meaningful work begins, a compatible destination change may be accepted without an extra charge. Once work has begun or an application is prepared or submitted, replacement is not automatic. Extra applications and late changes require manual review and may require a quotation; repeated replacements cannot bypass the pack allowance.
Can I pay in installments?
For the 2026–2027 cohort, the full and installment totals are identical: 2,000 TND for Pack A and 3,000 TND for Pack B. Three payments on days 0, 30 and 60, with no installment surcharge. No subscription or renewal.
How do I pay?
After human review and acceptance of the final GBP order, ADVISING LTD sends Stripe links outside STDIO: one for full payment or three on days 0, 30 and 60. Each is payer-initiated. No automatic debit, subscription or renewal.
Can someone else pay?
The candidate must reside in Tunisia. An international card may belong to the candidate or a third-party payer, including abroad. The candidate, contract signatory, payer/cardholder, invoice recipient and refund beneficiary are recorded separately; payment alone does not make the payer the candidate or grant access to the candidate’s documents.
How should I provide documents?
No documents are collected at this stage. For a future contracted service, only necessary copies would be requested after human review; no originals or ZIP files. Do not send documents until the approved reception instructions are provided. ADVISING LTD remains your contact and contracting party.
How are payment amounts set?
Reference prices are shown in TND. Before acceptance, your service order must state the TND/GBP rate, its source and date, the GBP total and the final GBP amount of each payment (one or three). The accepted amounts stay fixed for days 30 and 60.
What happens if an installment fails?
An unpaid installment has a 7-day grace period before HOLD. Resuming work requires human review of all holds. Withdrawal blocks further payments; the full-refund rule within the applicable period takes priority.
What if I stop responding?
STDIO may send reminders on days 7 and 14, place the dossier on HOLD on day 30 and consider administrative closure on day 40. A return after closure may require a feasibility review, revised deadlines and a quotation for meaningful new work.
How do I make a complaint?
Write to hello@stdio.world. Operational issues can be raised while the dossier is active; formal post-completion or post-closure complaints should normally be submitted within 30 days. STDIO acknowledges receipt within 2 business days and targets a full response within 14 calendar days, with an update before then if more investigation is needed. Refund requests follow the separate 7-calendar-day response and initiation rule.
When does the service start?
The start milestone must be agreed in your service order. Where applicable, early commencement requires a separate express request; choosing to wait must remain possible.
Can I cancel and request a refund?
Withdraw within 14 calendar days after accepting the service order: all STDIO fees paid are refunded, even if work has begun or an application was submitted. Any more favourable mandatory period prevails. Afterwards, cancellation and refunds are assessed case by case, with the decision and any calculation explained in writing; payments are not automatically forfeited. Statutory rights remain.
When and how is a refund made?
Send your request and order reference to hello@stdio.world. We assess it and reply within 7 calendar days of receipt. If a refund is due, we initiate it to the original payment method within that period, subject to any more favourable mandatory rule. A third-party card payment normally returns to that payer’s payment method, not the candidate’s card. We provide the refund reference; the subsequent bank credit time is separate.
Who is the legal service provider?
ADVISING LTD contracts with candidates, receives payments and issues invoices and receipts. STDIO is the brand.
Does paying in full guarantee priority?
Full payment may receive priority in STDIO’s internal queue. Installments receive standard processing with equal service quality. Neither option affects university, authority or other third-party timelines or decisions.
